Here is a quick project I put together for an evening event this weekend. I needed something that would be more comfortable to sit (and eat) in, so naturally the Italian style came to mind... with successful results!

I was able to take the centaur out for a test run today, so here is a photo of it in progress. As you can see it is in the armature and framework stage, which will all be covered to create the final costume. Some pieces of the frame are a bit awry -I had to do some deconstruction to modify the internal mechanisms - but they will be re-attached before covering. I still have some fine tuning to do, and quite a bit of work to complete the illusion, but I think it is well underway!
